BJC recognizes the importance of employee training and development to enhance human resources potential through an annual training roadmap with a variety of development models, such as classroom training, action-based learning, learning from others/expert sharing or web-based/online learning, to create more understanding on the subject. With over 1,598 courses, the training and development also include a continuous monitoring and development assessment process. Training on safety, occupational health and environment and training on a Business Code of Conduct are provided to all recruited employees.
